This Privacy Policy explains how NEXORA ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when we use our internal tool NEXORA Agent, including its integration with TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, and when you visit www.nexorabisnis.site.

1. What NEXORA Agent is

NEXORA Agent is an internal content tool operated by NEXORA. It publishes video and image content created by the NEXORA team to NEXORA's own social media accounts, on a schedule approved by the account owner. It is not offered to the public and does not publish to anyone else's account.

2. Information we access from TikTok

When the NEXORA account owner connects NEXORA's TikTok account, we access only what is needed to publish content:

• Basic account information (open ID, display name, avatar) to show which account is connected.
• Creator settings provided by TikTok (such as allowed privacy levels and maximum video length) to publish correctly.
• Permission to upload and publish videos to the connected NEXORA account.

We do not access followers' personal data, direct messages, or other users' accounts.

3. How we use and store information

• Access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and used only to publish content the account owner has approved.
• Content files and schedules are stored in our private cloud storage.
• We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties, except service providers that host our systems (e.g. cloud hosting and database providers) under confidentiality obligations.

4. Website visitors and customers

If you contact us or place an order through our website or WhatsApp, we use the information you provide (such as name, phone number and order details) only to respond to you and fulfil your order.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. The account owner can disconnect NEXORA Agent at any time from TikTok (Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions); tokens are then deleted from our systems. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

6. Security

We use encryption, access controls and an owner-approval step before any publication to protect information and accounts.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always available on this page.
