These Terms govern the use of NEXORA Agent, an internal content publishing tool operated by NEXORA, and of the website www.nexorabisnis.site. By using them you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

NEXORA Agent helps the NEXORA team prepare, schedule and publish video and image content to NEXORA's own TikTok, Facebook and Instagram accounts. Every post is reviewed and approved by the account owner before it is published. The tool is used only by NEXORA and its authorised team members.

2. Accounts and authorisation

Only the owner of a social media account, or a person authorised by the owner, may connect that account to NEXORA Agent.
The connected account can be disconnected at any time from the platform's app permission settings.

3. Content

NEXORA is responsible for the content it publishes and owns or has the right to use that content.
Content must comply with the rules of each platform, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
We do not publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful.

4. Third-party platforms

NEXORA Agent uses official APIs provided by TikTok and Meta. Availability of publishing depends on those platforms. NEXORA is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok or Meta.

5. Privacy

Our use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, NEXORA is not liable for indirect losses arising from platform outages, delays or rejections of a post by a third-party platform.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. The latest version is always available on this page.

8. Governing law and contact

Setiap postingan disetujui pemilik akun sebelum tayang. Konten mematuhi aturan setiap platform. NEXORA tidak berafiliasi dengan TikTok atau Meta. Berlaku hukum Republik Indonesia.
